2. Data Collection

When you visit our website, the web server automatically collects the following data:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the page accessed
  • Volume of data transferred
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

When you use our contact form, we collect the data you enter (name, email address, phone number, message) to process your inquiry.

3. Legal Basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1) GDPR:

  • Point (a) — Consent: When you send us a message via the contact form.
  • Point (b) — Performance of a contract: Where processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
  • Point (f) — Legitimate interest: For the technical operation and security of our website.

4. Third Parties

Data submitted via the contact form is processed through the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and forwarded to us by email. No further disclosure to third parties takes place unless we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Retention

Personal data from contact inquiries is deleted after final processing and no later than six months thereafter, unless a contractual or legal retention obligation applies.

Server log files are automatically deleted after 14 days.

7. Hosting

Our website is hosted on a dedicated server running nginx. As part of the hosting, server log files containing your IP address are stored. This data is used solely to ensure smooth operation and to detect misuse.

8. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io) for anonymised analysis of website usage. Plausible does not set cookies, does not store personal data, and is fully GDPR-compliant. No data is shared with third parties.
